Back in Houston's balmy winter warmth after 2 weeks of cold in Europe... had brunch on our porch this morning (you've got to love this country). Yes it was about 20 and sunny today (sorry Celine). Going to friends tomorrow night, and here is our contribution to the meal... :-) :-) :-) Yes it's a chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory!!
News otherwise is that we're still looking for a car to buy for me... can't decide what we want! Tried a Volvo SUV yesterday and really liked it, but H still wants a Subaru Forester and is trying to persuade me to go for that ;-) He says the Volvo's too big and I don't need such a huge thing just for myself (it's true, but then again we're in Texas and EVERYBODY drives huge cars that they don't need)... it's really nice though, and only 3 years old. See for yourselves...

Pour la voiture, il ne faut pas oublier que tu vas avoir de grandes pancartes "A vendre" à trimbaler...et que dire de tes copines qui vont venir te rendre visite et qui seront nombreuses à caser...faudra bien une grande voiture, non???? et si Hugh veut une Subaru, il n'a qu'à s'en acheter une ! NA !!!

M, please try and purchase a smaller car which is better for the Environment. Just because everyone else drives in humdingers, doesn't mean you need to follow suit!

Ah nan pas un SUV, si tu achètes cette cochonnerie polluante ambulante je te boycotte!! lol Et oui les voitures japonaises sont très bonnes, nous avons une Corolla et nous en sommes ravis (ici aussi il y a des tas de gros 4x4 polluants).
