Move!

So, our latest news is that we're going to move from our house in Houston to somewhere closer to both our offices. We are putting the paperwork in today for an apartment in a high rise building in the Galleria area, close enough to H's office that he'll be able to walk there! The flat itself is a 2bedroom/2bath with nice views towards downtown and is about 140sqm. It's got a balcony, and the building has a nice pool and tennis courts, as well as 24h security downstairs. Looks like most of the residents are elderly, which should ensure a pretty quiet environment and not much competition to get access to the tennis courts!
The kitties should also enjoy the fact that there will be carpets inside the flat (they love how grippy carpeting is to run around). Only downside to the place is the older kitchen... the landlady is going to replace the cooker, but the oven and fridge looked very very old... Well I guess I can try to persuade the husband to take me out to dinner more!
