Well there has been nothing from the various places I contacted about possible volunteering opportunities, apart from one, but they can't take me now as they don't have enough room! The guy said he would meet up with me though, so that's already something I guess.
I have also called one of the temping agencies, who are supposed to ring me back (but I somehow don't expect much to happen) and made contact with another, who asked me to email my CV, which I did. They haven't replied either.
In the meantime I am watching Kirsty Allsopp and might go to the cinema on Friday...
